Is Refakat AI a substitute for a doctor?
No. Refakat AI does not diagnose or prescribe. It organizes your health information and helps you prepare for doctor visits. Always consult your physician for diagnosis, treatment and medication decisions. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

How do I start?
Open the app, choose your language, create a profile. AI features are offered via a Refakat Pro subscription with a 7-day free trial.

How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → Refakat Pro. Billing is handled by Apple.

Is my data safe?
Your data stays on your device; it is sent to the cloud AI only with your approval. See the Privacy Policy.
